Surface Coating and Corrosion Protection
With multi-layer sandblasting and phosphating followed by corrosion-resistant coating, we create a dense passivation layer that greatly extends the valve's surface life, making it resistant to acid, alkali, and salt spray corrosion in outdoor environments.

Comprehensive Assembly and Leak Testing
Using torque-controlled assembly and helium mass spectrometry for leak testing, we eliminate assembly errors that could cause jamming or internal leakage, ensuring compliance with API 598 standards at delivery.
