Uses OES/XRF to detect C, Cr, Ni, Mo with ±0.05% precision, ensuring all forged valves meet ASTM and GB standards.
Metallographic microscope for structure analysis
Analyzes grain size (ASTM 5–8) and detects inclusions or cracks, optimizing heat treatment for long-term valve durability.
