     The body is made of forged steel material, which can ensure its sufficient strength and stiffness under the maximum rated working pressure, without the inherent defects of the casting. Valve internals have been carefully designed and selected to ensure reliability under various working conditions. The split body has sufficient wall thickness and connection bolts with high strength to facilitate valve care and maintenance, and is sufficient to withstand pipe stress. 

     The ball is a fixed ball, the ball is grinded and polished by the envelope ball grinding process, and separated from the valve stem; The valve stem is a slender shaft with a hardened surface; The axial load of the ball is transmitted to the valve body through two large self-lubricating bearings, thus resistant to wear and flexible operation with low torque.
